Returns & Exchanges

We understand it can be hard to order online at times, so just in case you don’t like your purchase you can contact us on within 7 days of receiving your purchase to return or exchange your item/s to our head office in Australia ( or in Hong Kong if purchased there ). 

We only do exchanges and refunds for item/s that have been purchased directly from our website, if you have made a purchase elsewhere please contact them directly.

The item/s must be unworn and undamaged. We have the right to refuse a refund or exchange if you contact us outside of 7 days of receiving the item and if we believe the item/s have been worn or damaged. Please note, we do not offer return or exchanges on sale items.

You will need to send the item/s back to us in their original packaging and you will need to pay for shipping. We recommend you use your local post office and make sure you register to track your parcel, as we will not be responsible if it gets lost in the mail.
