We understand it can be hard to order online at times, so just in case you don’t like your purchase you can contact us on email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase to return or exchange your item/s. Please put your name, order number and details of the item/s in the email. We only do exchanges and refunds for item/s that have been purchased directly from our website antheacooper.com, if you have made a purchase elsewhere please contact them directly.
The item/s must be unworn and undamaged. We have the right to refuse a refund or exchange if you contact us outside of 7 days of receiving the item and if we believe the item/s have been worn or damaged. Please note, we do not offer return or exchanges on sale items.
You will need to send the item/s back to us in their original packaging. Unfortunately we are not able to cover the cost for you to ship the item back to us. Please make sure you register to track your parcel, as we will not be responsible if it gets lost in the mail.
